The Farmington Conference Center is managed by a fourteen member Board of Directors but day-to-day operations are the responsibility of Earl Edgerly, the Center's Resident Director. Earl and his wife Carole live on the grounds in a beautifully restored colonial home built in 1790 and known to local historians as the Moses Chandler House.
